Most of our team comes from nearby villages, creating local jobs and supporting the community. Our restaurant uses produce from our own garden and small local farmers. We reduce waste, avoid plastics, and recycle wherever we can. Every choice follows one principle: protect what we love. Staying at Mimpi Indah means enjoying comfort while helping preserve the island’s nature for generations to come.

Coral Reef Conservation
Bangka’s reefs are among Indonesia’s most vibrant. At Mimpi Indah, we support coral restoration with the Suara Pulau Foundation and work with PADI and local divers to promote responsible diving.
Responsible Plastic Disposal
In partnership with the No-Trash Triangle Initiative (NTTI), we ensure all plastic waste is collected, removed from the island, and processed responsibly.
