Our Diving Rules
At Mimpi Indah Dive Resort, safety and respect for the ocean come first. To guarantee a safe, enjoyable and responsible diving experience for everyone, we ask all divers to read these rules carefully and agree to them before diving.
By joining our dives, you confirm that you understand and accept the following guidelines:
Follow your guide’s briefing and instructions at all times.
Plan your dive and dive your plan – no unexpected deviations.
Check your gear before entering the water.
Use a dive computer on every dive.
Dive within your limits – never exceed comfort or experience level.
Respect depth limits according to your certification level.
Always dive with a buddy – solo diving is not permitted.
Stay within eyesight of your group – no wandering off.
Inform your guide immediately if you feel unwell or low on air.
Ascend slowly – max 18m per minute.
Safety stop is mandatory on every dive (minimum 3 minutes at 5 meters).
Respect surface intervals – minimum 1 hour between dives.
No decompression dives.
No diving after alcohol or under the influence of drugs.
Smoking is only allowed at the front of the boat.
Do not touch or chase marine life; don’t collect – look, don’t touch.
Maintain good buoyancy to protect the reef.
No gloves allowed.
Do not throw any waste into the sea — keep our ocean clean.
Night diving is from 18.30–20.00 and always with a guide.
